CERTIFICATE COURSE IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
FOR PURCHASING AND SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

Objectives :-
To provide knowledge and develop pracical skill of computer application in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management.

For Whom :-
The Course is designed for the Middle Management and Stores Assistants who are engaged in Stores Function in the Public & Private Sector Organizations.

Course Contents:-
Introduction of Software and Hardware concept, Operations system, MS Word, MS Excell, MS Access, MS Power Point, E-Mail & Internet, Web Designing, System Analysis and Designing, E-Commerce and Supply Chain Management, Application in Materials Management, Computer Viruses.

Entry Requirements :-
Those who have passed the G.C.E. (O/L) Examination in Six Subjects with a Credit Pass in Language and Mathematics. OR

Those who have successfully completed the Storekeeping Course of the ISMM.

Medium :- Sinhala & English

Duration :- 12 Weeks Ends (6 hours a day)

Course Fees :- Rs. 6275/=

Examination and Award of Certificate :-
Participants who have attended 80% of lectures will be allowed to sit for the exam and the certificate of Stores Management will be awarded to those who have successfully completed the exam.
