CONSULTANCY SERVICE

The Institute also provided consultancy services in the Purchasing and Materials Management field to turn around six organizations affected by poor management of the Purchasing and Materials Management function. Our experience in the private and public sector have shown that crisis preventive and management efforts have to be put in place in entire organizations in good time & engage the service of experts in the field. Delay to do so can only result in the exit of such organizations from business in view of the growing global competition.

Institute of Supply and Materials Management (ISMM) has taken keen interest in supporting this worthy exercise of ITC and wish to propagate the lucrative concept to the ISMM Members and the public at large, their by add value to the national economy. In this process ISMM has scheduled to launch the following activities under the these "Successful Services Exporting(SSE).

(a) Seminars and Workshops
(b) Publish Articles in the ISMM Journals and News Bulletins.
(c) Media Briefings
(d) Education and Training Programmes both in house and distance learning.
(e) Establish a Pool of Consultants to support the SMEs.
(f) Use ISMM Website to promote the activities of SSE.Successful
