GRADUATE DIPLOMA COURSE IN PURCHASING & SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

Entry Requirements:-
Graduates from recognized Universities who are engaged in the relevant field or those who are willing to improve knowledge on Purchasing and Supply Chain Management. OR

Those who have passed G.C.E. (A/L) Examination and Credit Pass in English Language. OR

Those who have passed G.C.E.(A/L) Examination and Credit Pass in English Language in G.C.E. (O/L) Examination. OR Those who have successfully completed the Purchasing Management or Stores Management Course in English Medium conducted by the Institute of Supply and Materials Management OR Those who have passed in Six Subjects with 3 Credit Passes in G.C.E. (O/L) Examination and 5 years executive experience in relevant field AND

Pass the written examination and Interview conducted by the Course Directors.

Course Fees:- Rs.125,000/= (includes VAT 12% and NBT 3%)

Examination and Award of Diploma

Participants who have attended 80% of the lectures only will be allowed to sit for each of the module of the examinations. Diploma will be awarded to those who have pass all the exams certificates will be awarded at a ceremony organized by the Institute and those who are placed 1st 2nd and 3rd in each batch will be honoured with plaques. Those who pass in the exams will be rated in the 1st Class, 2nd Class, and Ordinary Pas Grades according to the marks they obtain. Those who fail in particular subjects will be allowed to sit for re-examination during the course of the following module extra fee to be paid by the participant. Only one such re-examination will be withdrawn from the Course.

Membership of ISMM:-
Corporate Membership will be awarded to those who have successfully completed the Diploma and having 3 years Executive Experience in the field of Supply and Materials Management.
